This question is most relevant for me and I would say in every one’s life. To understand yourself is the key of a good happy & peaceful life. What is the ultimate goal of life? for me peace of mind. How this can be achieve? that is about आत्म साक्षात्कार . we need to introspect ourselves on the activity we did on daily basis & note down those into a piece of paper & use your intellect to do the cause and facts & reasoning of what you did in your day work. Note down the feedback honestly (what did right action? or wrong action?). This assessment is purely for yourself hence it will not reveal to anyone hence no selfish motive required for judgment. Because we never except by default (naturally) our mistakes what we made in our life bez of some of our selfish motive, that is the only reason we never improve in this part and even don’t think. This is reality of our life; most problematic character is our negative ego kill our conscious. Start listing your inner voice(intuition) honestly you should know very well you did wrong or right in your action. It required practice & also depend on how your unconscious mind (note not conscious mind) functioning. Little about on unconscious mind if you feed in this maximum positive action(good Karma) into our unconscious mind your attitude become positive & your body behaves accordingly & provoke you quickly identify & act for good work. Exact opposite if you have feed maximum negative action (wrong Krama) in our unconscious mind our body behavior will provoke wrong actions naturally. That why Krama says do maximum good work in life selflessly. Just see my video on Spiritual thought one already shared the link last portion is about good characters will help in this again. I can discuss very log in this. In nutshell improving your actions in life with the help of आत्म साक्षात्कार is the only way.

Again not relevant for me and never try to find this because I trust on present life that should be meaning full which I am trying to make it. Do something for society & human being and your present life will become relevant. That’s how all genius people does. Just read something about these people like Ratan Tata trust what he do ? Bill & Miranda gates foundation (Bill gates foundation), HCL shiv Nadar foundation. Just see what they are doing for society & human being. I am also trying something and you can see my initiative on below video & my webpage. You can also join me for this noble cause. https://youtu.be/Cku1OqSJOPA www.tribhuwantiwari.com

Very good question I would say, Human creation of God is the only creation which has some most relevance in entire universe. Well defined in Bhagavad Gita. If you compare human with animal & plants which are another creature of God has life, only human has intellectual capability to perform & find the meaning of life. Plant has life but absence of mind & intellect (feeling, desire etc.). Animal does have mind (that is why animal has feeling & they are attached to human in some gen) but absence of intellect. Human has both Mind & intellect to do the wonder in human life. All great people in history from ancient age to until today era genius people use this & done a great job in their life. What should be your life? that is about my below video and last part is important on this & I try to explain for common people(easy understanding) rather than for intellectual people. https://youtu.be/Mw-4xY3-9Hg Take the example of today great people – Ratan tata, HCL Shiv Nadar, Infosys – Sudha Murthy, APJ kalam try to read there biography and you find what they did or they doing. I mean how they behave, what type of character they are in real life. See my two more video around biography book reviews on these genius people & refer the book directly as well. You will find all those charecters are in there real life what I explain or define in spiritual video. (https://youtu.be/Mw-4xY3-9Hg ) https://youtu.be/n-BO3k0VQKM https://youtu.be/Lx9QWcbKpKY

Kamal this question is very vast in terms of sense and even I never see any defined answer, Also I don’t want to take this towards what its defined in different religion and you might hear in many forums (Katha/Gita and all) However, what I take that I can tell – for me amalgamation of Body, soul & Intellect is life. Intellect has a key role in all three. One can be acquired knowledge from external sources but Intellect can’t. Its only come with practice in life. All misshaping in life happen because of absence of developed intellect. Intellect only give you the power of decision making in life as well to know Paramatta which is again within us. If you understand the importance of intellect in life I would say you understood the purpose of life. You can refer below my this video to know more about intellect & can refer that book which I reviewed in this video is written by A. Parthasarathy (Vedanta practicenor & founder of Vedanta word). You can also refer the Swamy Vivekananda book “complete works of Swami Vivekananda – volume1” . I am releasing this book review video next week & will share the link. https://youtu.be/9Z7ZKWXQcAQ

Swamy Vivekananda said in “The complete work of Vivekananda volume 1” & in Karma yoga chapter – “We must have faith in ourselves first and then in God”. Vivekananda this saying is very relevant in each and every ones life its depend on how one should follow this. The real-life story of Arunima Sinha fit in this faith very well. She is the national level volleyball player who lost her leg after being thrown off a train, has scaled Mount Everest. When she was deciding this most difficult task for herself on hospital bed, no one believe her next to impossible desire. Only her believe on self, she achieved, and become a great role model of not only all physically challenged community but millions and millions other people. https://youtu.be/SGgAiukrYQM

Vineet Nayar LinkedIn post (CEO HCL Technologies between 2005 and 2013) about this question:- If I am the one thinking my thoughts, then aren’t me and my thoughts two different people? Thus instead of thoughts controlling me, can I control my thoughts? My experiment with morning meditation has been the best gift I have given myself but I am still struggling to win the battle over mindless thoughts. How are you winning this battle?

I was reading a quote of John Milton, the mind can make a heaven out of hell and a hell out of heaven. I trust its most difficult task to control over the thoughts. However, Vedanta philosophy tells some remediation of it which I try to follow. A strong intellect can govern the impulses & emotions which generates the thought in mind and turned into actions. What I am trying to do on daily basis to introspect the actions I performed in my personal & professional life. It helps me to develop my reasoning skills & ultimately opportunity to develop my intellect on day to day basis. One should be very honest to reason and judge without any bias while introspecting our own day to day actions other wise no use of this exercise. Public what you think?
